Full Home Renovation - Two Bathrooms, Kitchen, Flooring and More

Here's what we were working with - dated tile countertops throughout the kitchen, worn wood cabinets that had seen better days, and two bathrooms that hadn't been touched in decades. The kind of home that had good bones but needed a complete reset from top to bottom. That's exactly what we did.

We gutted both bathrooms and started fresh. The primary bath got a total overhaul - new gray vanity cabinets, a quartz countertop with bold veining, updated lighting, fresh flooring, and beadboard wainscoting that ties the whole look together. The shower area was retiled floor to ceiling in a large-format blue and gray stone-look tile with a built-in niche. Clean, modern, and built to last.

The second bathroom got just as much attention. We built out a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling dramatic slate-toned tile, recessed lighting overhead, a corner bench, and hexagon floor tile - the kind of detail work that takes real skill to pull off correctly. That space went from a basic tub-and-curtain setup to something that genuinely looks high-end.

The kitchen renovation focused on function and a cleaner aesthetic. New countertops replaced the old tile surfaces, a fresh backsplash was added behind the cooktop, and updated flooring runs throughout the space. On top of all that, we handled new flooring across the entire home, a full interior paint job, and wood shutters on every window - so nothing was left untouched.

When a project covers this much ground, coordination matters as much as craftsmanship. Every trade has to work in sequence, and the finished result has to feel cohesive - not like a patchwork of different updates. That's what we aim for every time we take on a full renovation like this one.
