Make-ready work doesn't have to mean gutting everything. Sometimes the right upgrades - fresh paint, updated fixtures, a cleaned-up bathroom - are all it takes to get a home feeling move-in ready without blowing the budget. That's exactly the approach we took here.
The main living areas got a clean coat of paint throughout, which alone changes how a space feels. The wood-beamed ceiling and stone fireplace in the living room have real character, and fresh walls let those features stand out instead of competing with dingy paint. A new modern chandelier in the dining area was a small swap that made a noticeable difference - that gold multi-globe fixture gives the space a much more updated feel compared to whatever was there before.
The bathroom was where the more significant work happened. We added a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass panel enclosure, a built-in niche, grab bars, and both a rain head and handheld fixture. Clean, functional, and sharp-looking. The master bath got a new vanity light bar in brushed gold to freshen up the space without requiring a full gut job. That's the make-ready mindset - identify what's worth updating and do it right.
Outside, the large wood deck got pressure washed and is looking solid. The kitchen is clean and functional with white cabinets, dark counters, and plenty of workspace. The whole home just needed someone to go through it room by room and make the right calls. That's what we do.
Whether you're a homeowner getting ready to list, a landlord prepping a rental, or someone who just bought a place and needs it move-in ready fast - we handle all of it. Paint, lighting, bathroom remodeling, and everything in between. We keep it straightforward and get it done.
